A new $100 million new build hotel in Melbourne’s The District Docklands precinct is slated to open in early 2023, while IMG Investments Australia are planning to build a 380-room hotel in a restored 104-year-old warehouse in Melbourne’s Southbank.
The 211-room Nesuto Docklands Apartment Hotel adds to Nesuto’s existing portfolio of 11 operating and 1 pipeline hotel and apartment hotels in Australia and New Zealand.

George Karabatsos, CEO of The District Docklands, said the addition of Nesuto Apartment Hotel forms part of its long-term vision to create a modern urban village at The District Docklands.
