The Star Gold Coast has launched a new poolside venue and events space on the level six Leisure Deck of its new 53-storey hotel and apartment tower.
Isoletto Pool Club offers a casual poolside dining experience with sweeping views of the Gold Coast skyline, and is exclusive to all hotel guests within The Star’s resort, including The Star Grand, The Darling, Dorsett Gold Coast and The Star Residences.
Isoletto Privé is a dedicated event space complete with lawn, deck and terrace. The space can be transformed depending on the requirements of the event, with the indoor venue allowing for 150 guests seated at banquet tables or 168 at long tables, while cocktail service is available for up to 250 guests.
Those looking for an outdoor option can take advantage of the sky-high terrace (which seats 90 guests or allows for 150 standing guests), the deck (which seats 80 guests or allows for 125 standing guests) and the lawn (which seats 200 guests or allows for 400 standing guests).
Large events have the option to secure exclusive use of the Leisure Deck which can accommodate up to 1200 guests.
“The launch of the Isoletto Pool Club and Isoletto Privé event spaces is the perfect example of our commitment to helping the Gold Coast remain one of Australia’s leading tourism and entertainment destinations for leisure and corporate travellers alike,” said The Star Gold Coast COO Jessica Mellor.
“Whether they are looking for a new sun-kissed space to relax and recharge, or to create an unforgettable event, I’m excited for our guests to experience all The Star Gold Coast has to offer from a brand-new vantage point.”
