A new rooftop venue will open in May as part of Ace Hotel Sydney in Surry Hills.
When it opens, Ace Hotel Sydney will offer 18th-floor rooftop restaurant Kiln, which will feature a retractable roof, two terraces and a bar with capacity for 150 people.
Chef Mitch Orr will lead the new restaurant which will centre around a wood-burning grill.
On the ground floor there will be all-day restaurant LOAM, a coffee shop and bar.
Ace Hotel was founded in the US Pacific Northwest and has hotels across the US, Canada and Japan.
