Pullman Brisbane Airport has been voted the Best Airport Hotel Australia/Pacific at the Skytrax World Airport Awards, while also coming in the top 10 best airport hotels globally.
This is the third Skytrax Award for Pullman Brisbane Airport having received the Best Airport Hotel Australia/Pacific in both 2022 and 2019, as well as securing a top 10 position in the World’s Best Airport Hotels 2022 and 2019.
“The entire team at Pullman Brisbane Airport is extremely proud of these Skytrax accolades,” said Alex Penklis, chief operating officer of Brisbane Airport Hotels Group.
“To have maintained our position as the number one airport hotel in the Australia/Pacific region for the third time in five years, with two of those awards years impacted by a global pandemic, is a truly outstanding achievement.”
Novotel Brisbane Airport secured 4th position in the Best Airport Hotel Australia/Pacific 2023, making it the fourth time the hotel has achieved a top five position.
“I am incredibly proud of what our dedicated team has been able to achieve, both at the Pullman Brisbane Airport and also the Novotel Brisbane Airport,” said Penklis.
“We have experienced a challenging couple of years, however we have never stopped working hard to maintain and deliver our world-class level of service for our guests.”
The Best Airport Hotels in Australia/Pacific 2023 were Pullman Brisbane Airport; Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport; Parkroyal Melbourne Airport; Novotel Brisbane Airport; and Novotel Auckland Airport.
Crowne Plaza Changi Airport took out the global top spot in the World’s Best Airport Hotels for 2023.
