New three-level venue to open at Circular Quay

A new three level venue that features a gastropub, restaurant-wine bar and rooftop bar is set to open at Sydney’s Circular Quay.

DTL Entertainment won the bid to redevelop the site of Jacksons on George at Lendlease development Sydney Place.

DTL Entertainment is led by Icebergs Dining Room and Bar restaurateur Maurice Terzini, and includes entrepreneurs Paul Ford and Steve Bannigan and publican Michael Broome.

“It’s been a tough few years for Sydney’s hospitality industry but we’re committed and more than ready to turn this around. It’s time to become a global city again,” Terzini told Good Food.

“At Jacksons, we’re creating an innovative, exciting destination where the food and drinks will be simple and elegant, the service will be traditional and the atmosphere will be unforgettable.

“The Jacksons experience will be one that is continually evolving and immersed in local culture with contemporary, cutting-edge music, art, food and beverage, fashion and architecture.”
