Bathurst Regional Council will receive $20,000 to help market Bathurst Winter Festival this year.
The grant is part of the NSW Government’s 2019 Flagship Event Fund and is the second year in a row council has been given a grant to help with marketing.
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said the festival had seen a great deal of success since its introduction. This year’s festival will be held from July 6 through to July 21 and feature family amusements and two major nights, Ignite the Night and Brew and Bite.
The theme of the festival this year is ‘Cosmic Paradise’.
