Adelaide’s newest hotel TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide is on the hunt for a general manager as it brings together its pre-opening team.
The $50 million new build 120-room hotel is slated to open in mid-November or December.
“We have already started our search for a general manager to open and manage the hotel,” said Warren Cullum, senior vice president operations, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific.
“This person will be a unique character: an experienced hospitality professional able to lead a capable team with flair and creativity.
“We are looking for the type of person who has an instant ability to connect with guests, instinctively knows how to deliver thoughtful service and makes every experience memorable.”
Work is currently underway on a ground floor a la carte restaurant and first-storey bar overlooking Pulteney Street. The hotel will also feature a gym, library, business centre and a boardroom for intimate meetings of up to 10 people.
“TRYP by Wyndham hotels are designed to bring the best of the city to guests so they can fully immerse themselves in their destination,” said Cullum.
“A TRYP team has an upbeat culture, knows the hidden gems to recommend and always delivers those important touches that make a stay truly personalised.”
