W Melbourne is looking for new talent ahead of its opening in February.
W Melbourne is looking to employ more than 100 people to join the team across Welcome (Front Office), Culinary, Curious (cocktail bar), Lollo (day, night and beyond restaurant), Warabi (speciality Japanese restaurant), Culprit (café-come-wine bar), WET (poolside bar), Finance and Engineering.
In a W Hotels first, the casting call will take place virtually, with this first round of screening looking out for people who demonstrate the brands traits of “Bold, Witty and Insider”.
One of the most coveted roles up for grabs is the hotels first W Insider, who is tasked with uncovering the unexpected and making the impossible possible. Offering back-lane access to immerse guests in Melbourne’s culture, the W Insider will uncover the kind of experiences you would never find in a guidebook across the brand’s four passion points of music, fashion, design and fuel.
Another central role in driving the energy behind the W Melbourne experience will be the Music Curator, who will oversee the day-in-day-out music programming and curation of major happenings throughout the year.
Expressions of interest close on October 5 with the Casting Call taking place from October 12.
