The new catering partnership will begin from February 28, with Trippas White also overseeing the operations of the current Street Café and the newly announced Gallery café slated to open in 2025.
“We look forward to elevating the culinary and dining experiences for visitors and event guests visiting one of Australia’s most iconic cultural landmarks,” said Trippas White Group CEO Kevin Zajax.
This appointment continues Trippas White’s growth in Canberra, where they have partnerships with the Australian War Memorial and the Australian Institute of Sport.
Dr Nick Mitzevich, director of the National Gallery Australia, said they are delighted to welcome Trippas White as their exclusive catering partner for all event and retail food and beverage services.
“Their proven track record in managing high-profile venues aligns seamlessly with our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our visitors,” he said.
