Independent hotel management company Trilogy Hotels will oversee operations for the five-star Pullman Sydney Penrith following an agreement with Panthers Group.

The new-build 153-room Pullman Sydney Penrith opened in August 2023 and has an existing franchise agreement with Accor.

Led by hospitality veterans Scott Boyes, Grant Alchin and Tony Ryan, Trilogy now operates nearly 1,200 rooms across five hotels.

“Together, we look forward to showcasing the very best of the West, adding value to our community and delivering an outstanding product and precinct for members, guests and delegates,” said Boyes.

“It’s great to once again work with our partners Accor. The hotel will continue to utilise their exceptional distribution capability, marketing and loyalty programs, and the iconic global presence of the Pullman brand.”

Panthers Group CEO Brian Fletcher is confident that this partnership will “set a new benchmark for success in the hospitality landscape”.

“With Trilogy Hotels by our side, we are poised to elevate our offerings, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth in the dynamic hospitality industry.”

Michael Thomas has joined as general manager of the Pullman Sydney Penrith and Western Sydney Conference Centre (WSCC).

“I am delighted to have relocated to the vibrant Western Sydney region to oversee the Pullman Sydney Penrith and WSCC,” said Thomas.

“Leveraging my extensive experience in luxury hotels both internationally and in Australia, I’m eager to help further drive the development of these properties, while positively impacting and enhancing the local community.”
