InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Thomas Zinn to lead the opening of Australia’s first Hotel Indigo in Adelaide.
Set to open on March 1, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets will offer 145 rooms.
Zinn has been with IHG for over a decade and is relocating to South Australia from overseas.
Gabriele Pezzimenti has also been named as the hotel’s Chef De Cuisine. Bringing his experience from the three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio, Pezzimenti will take his culinary cues from the produce and wines available at Adelaide Markets for the menus across hotel’s eateries the Australian Market and Meander Eatery and Bar.
