The National Wine Centre of Australia has scooped three awards at Restaurant and Catering SA’s Savour awards.
Among the gongs were the title of Best Function/Convention Centre Caterer and Caterer of the Year – each for the second consecutive year.
“These awards are a testament to the quality of the events that our team delivers day-in, day-out,” said Jason Bird, general manager at National Wine Centre of Australia.
“With the support of our suppliers, partners and the University of Adelaide, we’re able to use the best of South Australia’s local produce complemented by our incredible collection of Australian wines to provide our guests with a truly memorable experience. To receive this recognition from our peers in the industry means a great deal and motivates us to keep striving for improvement.”
Executive chef Steven Clark heads up the kitchen team while conference and events manager Lisa Hodge and her team deliver around 900 events annually.
