Andrew Adams is the new director of operations at Fullerton Hotel Sydney, relocating from the US to return home for the role.
Adams brings over 25 years of hospitality industry knowledge and experience to the role, having previously worked for SBE Group, Four Seasons and The Peninsula.
He will be responsible for championing the hotel’s future food and beverage concepts and will oversee the overall guest experience.
