Thailand eases entry requirements as country returns to normal

Thailand has eased entry requirements for foreign travellers by scrapping the need for the Thailand Pass and US$10,000 health insurance from July 1.

Foreign nationals are only required to show proof of either a certificate of vaccination or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel.

Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers who are unable to show proof of a pre-arrival negative test will be required to undergo a professional ATK test at the point of entry.

Bangkok and 76 provinces are also set to enter a green zone allowing resumption of new normal businesses and activities nationwide.
