Synergy Effect wins SITE award for Queenstown incentive

Sydney-based Synergy Effect has won the ‘Excellence in Incentive Travel: Asia Pacific’ award at the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence’s (SITE) international awards in Istanbul.

Synergy Effect devised the award-winning ‘Pinnacle Club 2023’ incentive program to New Zealand for a building manufacturing client as a key strategy to ignite, inspire and connect key sales channel staff and customers.

The Pinnacle Club New Zealand incentive took a group of 130 head qualifiers to Queenstown, with an exclusive buyout of the group’s host hotel transforming it into the ‘Pinnacle Lodge’.

The fully client-branded hotel was homebase for the four-day program, which featured terrain discovery by helicopter and jet boat convoys, along with locally curated dinner experiences.

Qualifiers exceeded their sales targets by 45 per cent to earn a spot on the trip, with about 80 per cent of the group first timers at a corporate event.
