Crown Towers Sydney has announced three new restaurants will open at the Barangaroo development when it opens later this year.
The Bridge Room’s Ross and Sunny Lusted will return in December with the launch of Woodcut, a restaurant focused on local produce cooked over wood and charcoal.
Ormeggio’s Alessandro Pavoni will open a’Mare, a restaurant dedicated to seafood with a pizzeria cafe to be located next door.
Ryuichi Yoshii will open Yoshii, a 12-seat restaurant located inside the entrance of Nobu offering an omakase experience.
Sarah Briegel has also been appointed as culinary director at Crown Towers Sydney.
