SkyCity Adelaide has launched a virtual tour of Events at SkyCity allowing event organisers anywhere to take a close look at SkyCity’s offerings and encourage people to hold their events in Adelaide.
The project was supported by Tourism Australia’s domestic business events marketing partnership initiative, the Business Events Boost Program.
In its first seven months open to the public, Events at SkyCity has hosted 115 events that have collectively resulted in more than 15,000 attendees visiting SkyCity.
Recently Events at SkyCity welcomed AHICE, the world’s largest hotels conference post-Covid, for day one of their conference Design Inn.
“Events at SkyCity has a firm focus on the finest and freshest locally sourced restaurant quality fare, delivered by a broad range of specialty chefs,” said SkyCity Australia’s chief operating officer David Christian.
“We also offer seamless state of the art technology, 5-star service and stunning views of the Adelaide Riverbank Precinct.”
SkyCity has also appointed John Ryan to the new role of director of sales at Eos by SkyCity and Events at SkyCity. He joins SkyCity from Crowne Plaza, where he was most recently director of sales and marketing.
