Rediscover your sense of wonder at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is situated in the heart of the UNESCO-designated Noosa Biosphere.

Travellers eager to enjoy one of nature’s most pristine landscapes have long been drawn to Noosa for its year round balmy weather, turquoise waters and national parks that sit alongside a globally revered culinary scene.

Situated in the heart of the UNESCO-designated Noosa Biosphere, Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is the ultimate immersion into Noosa’s peaceful surroundings and relaxing ambience.

So what is a biosphere? Essentially an internationally designated and protected habitat where people and nature cohabit in balance. It didn’t really need to be given the biosphere stamp of approval back in 2007, as the locals have been nurturing the region’s natural beauty, biodiversity and cultural heritage for eons.

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas has been designed with two unique accommodation concepts – there is the resort with airy penthouse or apartment accommodation options all featuring fully-equipped kitchens, a laundry room and dining areas.

Or discover your home away from home in a beautiful Noosa Villa. Spread out over two or three spacious levels, the Villas offer luxe inclusions such as a personal concierge, a hamper of delectable local produce and complimentary transfers into town.

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is also home to one of the region’s largest conference and event venues. From intimate business meetings and board meetings to conferences of up to 350 delegates or spectacularly staged events of up to 600 guests, the resort’s event planning team has it covered.

There is also an expansive pre-function terrace and a unique 89-seat theatrette.

Noosa’s most treasured asset is its natural habitat making it a bucket list destination. While only 500 metres away from the bustling hub of Hastings Street and Laguna Beach, Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas also offers the ultimate in eco-conscious sustainability with solar energy and rainwater irrigation.

The Macquarie Centre is the resort’s largest event space.

The eco-designed resort has a low environmental impact, harvesting rainwater for use in the toilets and washing machines in all apartments, LED bulbs fitted throughout the resort and sensor and timer lighting in the hallways and car parks to slash energy consumption by half.

The kitchen team is also committed to using local and ethically sourced food sources from more than 70 local suppliers. It’s a plastic free food and beverage operation, with kitchen waste oils recycled to ethanol and food waste sent to a commercial composting and worm farm.

The local community’s commitment to maintaining this precious natural balance flows through to meetings and events. There are a host of activities perfect for groups looking to participate in one of the local sustainability programs including reducing single-use plastics, donating to local carbon credit programs or engaging with a regenerative travel experience with the Tread Lightly Noosa program.

Groups can head out to collect microplastics and other plastic pollution, before sorting and recording so they can see the impact of their efforts in maintaining such a beautiful environment.

The Plastic Free Noosa Beach Clean-ups are one of the six environment-based experiences available under the Tread Lightly Noosa program recently launched by Tourism Noosa.

A new Sunshine Coast Sustainability Program, in partnership with Queensland-based Reforest, TEQ and Sunshine Coast Council, invites visitors to contribute towards reducing carbon emissions though local reforestation projects also includes a carbon calculator to measure the positive impact.

The resort’s proximity to two international airports, Sunshine Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport, make accessibility a breeze. Both airports have seen a dramatic uptick in services, with Sunshine Coast Airport welcoming new domestic budget carrier Bonza, which is based out of the airport, and Air New Zealand restarting its season service between Auckland and the Sunshine Coast with three flights a week.

Brisbane also recently welcomed United Airlines’ historic first flight from San Francisco in the new thrice weekly non-stop service.

The property has a variety of accommodation options across its Resort and Villas.

Tourism Noosa business events manager Vynka Hutton says the strength of the business events industry in Noosa “is yet to be fully discovered”.

“Noosa’s best asset is the stunning natural environment, which provides an ideal blank canvas to create the perfect bucket-list experience, made possible by exceptional venues with state-of-the-art facilities and professional service,” says Hutton.

“The tagline, ‘Meet in green spaces, breathe in fresh thinking’ sums up the message that Noosa will transform delegates, leaving them refreshed, inspired and ready for the next big project.”

There are so many reasons to book your next event, conference or incentive at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, but ultimately it is about leaving a lasting impact on delegates, who will be both inspired and refreshed by a destination that really does deliver a bucket list experience.
