SkyCity has revealed details of four new restaurants and two new bars set to to join the dining landscape in Adelaide.
Sol Bar and Restaurant will be the jewel in the crown of the SkyCity expansion, offering modern Australian cuisine with unrivalled views of the Adelaide Hills, River Torrens, Adelaide Oval and South Australian coastline. Locally sourced artisanal produce features prominently in the a la carte menu, complemented by an extensive wine and cocktail list.
SkyCity also announced Chinese fine diner Huami, Italian eaterie ITL and SE Asian street food diner Lucky Noodle, which along with the Westward bar will be opening in the coming months. All new venues will have access to SkyCity’s 7,500 bottle master cellar, boasting a focus on South Australian wines.
SkyCity Adelaide general manager David Christian said the $330 million new hotel, Eos by SkyCity, and world-class SkyCity entertainment precinct is nearing completion.
“This investment by SkyCity is not only helping to transform our entertainment and tourism industry, but also offering the hospitality industry some incredible recruitment opportunities, with the SkyCity workforce set to expand by approximately 700 employees by the middle of next year,” he said.
