Ovolo Hotels has announced a raft of new appointments across its hotels.
Kieron Hunt is the new general manager at Ovolo Woolloomooloo in Sydney after spending the last 20 years working for some of the world’s biggest brands such as The Murray, Peninsula Hotels, InterContinental Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Chelsea Football Club.
Adam Leonardi has also been appointed food and beverage general manager at the hotel.
Gabriel Polias has been appointed general manager at Canberra’s Ovolo Nishi after previous leadership roles at Sofitel and Marriott.
Ovolo Nishi has also appointed Matthew Bentley as executive chef, overseeing vegetarian dining venue Monster Kitchen and Bar.
