Rachael Nicholson joins Heritage Hotel in new role

Rachael Nicholson is the new role of group general manager operations at Heritage Hotel Management.

Heritage Hotel Management has appointed Rachael Nicholson to the new role of group general manager operations, based in the in Auckland office.

Nicholson has a prior 18-year career at Air New Zealand and was most recently responsible for leading the airline’s Global Re-Start programme of work, overseeing the establishment of services to New York, and leading the governance of the airline’s Covid-19 response team comprised of executive and senior leaders.

“I am passionate about delivering a world class customer experience, and leading and developing high-performance teams,” she said.

“I am looking forward to being part of Heritage Hotel groups’ rebuild and growth trajectory, and to welcoming back both local and international visitors to our spectacular country.”

Graham Yan, Heritage Hotel Management’s CEO, welcomed Nicholson’s appointment as the industry re-builds.

“Rachael brings critical skills in operations, revenue growth and customer experience, and her broad knowledge will be a great asset for the Group’s future growth plans,” he said.
