Queensland Cricketers’ Club has cemented a new partnership with Queensland Cricket with its catering arm, Quality Catering, overseeing the food and beverage at the recently refurbished two Pavilions at Allan Border Field.
“Following a successful 12-month trial offering our catering services at Allan Border Field, we are thrilled to have locked down a long-term agreement,” said Queensland Cricketers’ Club CEO Lachlan Furnell.
“There is no questioning the natural synergies between the two organisations and the benefits that will continue to emerge as we further explore opportunities. Working with Queensland Cricket’s nutritionists and dieticians, our catering team is well versed to provide the best in quality foods, paying close attention to the many dietary requirements of the players and match day officials.”
Queensland Cricket CEO Terry Svenson welcomed the partnership between the two bodies.
“There’s been a rich shared history between the two groups over the years and it is exciting to combine now in a business sense to grow and extend our commercial goals,’’ he said.
“We look forward to welcoming fans back to events at Allan Border Field at the appropriate time and working with the Club to deliver a first-class experience for them.’’
