Pan Pacific Hotels Group will double its serviced suites portfolio by 2023, with new openings in cities including Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Nairobi.
This comes under the Group’s latest wave of expansion, which will increase its global development portfolio by 50 per cent, adding more than 4,000 keys by 2023.
“The extended-stay segment has continued to bring us strong performance, even more so in the last two years,” said Choe Peng Sum, Pan Pacific Hotels Group CEO.
“We foresee that this market will continue to grow as demand increases for corporate long-stay and relocation in regional business hubs.
“Our expansion secures our position in key gateway cities and prime locations around the world, giving us the edge to capture the burgeoning long-stay demand in developing markets and key business hubs.”
PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok was one of the first of the new additions to launch in November offering 194 keys, while Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur opens today offering 210 suites.
Opening in early-2023, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi marks the Group’s first foray into Africa. The 26-storey Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi will offer 128 luxury keys comprising one- and two-bedroom suites as well as penthouses.
The 122 key PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi will open in early 2023 while PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta will open in July offering 180 suites alongside a wide range of facilities such as a grand ballroom.
