Business Events Tasmania (BET) has launched a new online tool for organisers not yet able to visit to experience the state’s event capabilities firsthand.
The map gives the user a full understanding of how Tasmanian cities are so accessible and appealing for event planners and delegates and includes images and virtual 360-degree tours of the cities’ major conferencing venues and video content to showcase Tasmania’s unique activities and experiences.
“If there is one thing that we’ve learned over the last two years, is that we have to be agile and flexible,” said BET CEO Marnie Craig.
“This latest online tool fits perfectly into our new suite of digital assets to support conference and event planners make informed decisions. We still love to, and want to bring people to our beautiful island to experience Tasmania firsthand, but we understand that industry professionals want options. That’s what we’ve created here.
