Legacy Hotels & Apartments will open a new property at Adelaide beachside suburb Glenelg in December.
Durham Serviced Apartments will offer 56 luxury studio apartments ranging from one to two bedrooms, each with kitchen and laundry facilities. Most rooms will have a private balcony and there is the option to interconnect rooms for families.
The property is the third operated by the Legacy Hotels & Apartments brand belonging to South Australian property developer Karidis Corporation.
