La Loft has opened a new hotel in Adelaide that is powered by green energy at the Tonsley Innovation District.
La Loft offers 73 studio suites and 15 one-bedroom apartments headed up by general manager Simon O’Callaghan.
La Loft also features modular event spaces and will have its energy needs met by the blended hydrogen gas network based at Tonsley’s Hydrogen Park SA and on-site solar panels.
“Providing visiting professionals and tertiary students with a central place to stay will help attract top talent to our state and fills a key gap in the accommodation market around Tonsley,” said Nick Champion, Minister for Housing and Urban Development.
