New F&B manager for Crown Perth

Emmanuel Benardos will head food and beverage at Crown Resorts Perth.

Hospitality veteran Emmanuel Benardos has been appointed executive general manager food and beverage at Crown Resorts Perth.

Benardos returns to Australia from Singapore where he was most recently general manager F&B for Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel The Stamford, overseeing 2,030 rooms, 13 restaurants and bars, and the two Michelin Star JAAN by Kirk Westaway.

“It’s a delight to be back home in Australia and move to an exciting city I love and have a deep and long standing connection with,” he said.

“As Crown Perth is a world class place of hospitality and working with David Tsai and the incredible team it seemed like an opportunity too good to pass up.”
