Beachfront venue Bistro Manly has officially opened its doors offering a casual eatery with a dash of French flair.
The renovated space on the ground floor of the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific features a beachfront location in addition to a new food offering and event location.
“The Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific offers a beachside location for travellers and locals alike to come and enjoy,” said Dylan Cole, general manager Novotel Manly Pacific.
“Whether it’s a stay at the hotel, hosting a corporate function, dining in or grabbing a drink at Bistro Manly, we can facilitate.”
The 90-seater dining room has large sliding doors that can be opened in the warmer months for seaside alfresco dining.
“The restaurant is able to be partially sectioned off especially for private events,” said Cole. “The private events section flows into the outdoor area, adding the option of having an alfresco bar area available for your guests to enjoy a cocktail in.”
Executive head chef Ryan Dawson and sous chef Toshi Ishihara have curated a modern French-brasserie style menu.
“With Bistro Manly, we have combined fantastic Australian produce with classic French cooking techniques to create a refreshing and honest menu,” said Dawson. “I am thrilled to be able to offer this type of dining experience in such an iconic place as Manly Beach.”
