The team behind The Grounds, The Greens and Acre in Sydney are preparing to open a new mega venue on the NSW South Coast next month.
Located just outside Nowra, The Growers will seat up to 450 and will offer multiple dining areas and an outdoor garden fire pit.
US chef Patrick Haney will helm the kitchen, which will be planting some of its own produce in addition to using local producers.
“The NSW South Coast is a region rich with produce and history and The Growers will continue to tell these stories, cementing its place as a leading food, beverage and event destination,” he said.
The Growers will open on November 21.
