Chef Luke Mangan will helm the restaurant and bar offering at the new Kimpton Sydney when the brand opens its first hotel in Australia.
Luke’s Kitchen will anchor the new luxury boutique hotel’s food and beverage offerings. The hotel will also feature an elegant 1930s-style cocktail bar, an intimate wine cellar offering bespoke tasting experiences, a rooftop bar and a café.
“It felt like a perfect opportunity to not only re-invigorate Luke’s Kitchen but also create a range of innovative culinary experiences that are built on Kimpton’s legacy of locally loved restaurants,” said Mangan.
The first opening under IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Kimpton brand in Australia, Kimpton Sydney will be located at the site of the currently closed Primus Hotel.
