Hilton Dili Palm Springs has appointed its key leadership positions in the lead-up to its opening in the third quarter of this year.
“The upcoming opening of Hilton Dili Palm Springs is highly anticipated as it will represent the entry of Hilton into the market as well as the first internationally branded hotel in Timor-Leste,” said Andre Gomez – regional general manager for Indonesia and Timor Leste, Hilton.
“It’s absolutely critical that we have the right people in place to lead the hotel from opening through to operations and we are delighted to now be in a position to announce the core leadership team at the hotel that will set us up for success.”
Ryan Mikkelson is general manager overseeing 160 team members. In his role, Ryan is responsible for leading and developing the team of 160 team members and is also responsible for driving business performance of the hotel upon its opening.
Previously with Tourism NT, Louise Kitchingham is commercial manager focusing on developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the hotel including.
Aziza Fazrina is human resources manager, and was most recently at Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport.
Esteban Gomes is executive chef, and was most recently head chef at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.
