Lancemore Group has been chosen to operate a new $30 million boutique hotel in Port Adelaide.
MH Hotel by Lancemore will become the group’s first hotel in South Australia.
“We believe the MH Hotel by Lancemore will become not just an iconic hotel in Adelaide but also within Australia,” Lancemore chief executive Julian Clark said.
The hotel will include 100 rooms, a rooftop bar, restaurant and conference facilities.
Starfish Developments managing director Damon Nagel told Adelaide Now they partnered with Lancemore Group due to “their ability to deliver unique, tailored experiences”.
“We are particularly looking forward to their operational style for the running of the rooftop bar, conferencing facilities and the ground floor restaurant,” he said.
“We really feel that they will best enhance the boutique nature of the hotel, and bring a new dynamic to the Port.”
Work on the new hotel is expected to begin next year with the opening slated for 2022.
