Laissez-faire Catering adds three new Sydney venues to its portfolio

Luna Park Sydney’s new immersive experience.

Laissez-faire Catering has partnered with three new Sydney venues boosting their total offering for event organisers to over 30 unique venues.

The caterers have joined a panel of suppliers for Luna Park Sydney’s new ‘Big Top’ venue and immersive experience. They have also been named the exclusive in-house management partner for Urban Winery Sydney and will be the food caterers at Machine Hall, a brand new 1000sqm space where industrial aesthetics meet heritage in the Sydney CBD.

“It is a great honour to partner with these exciting, unique venues and we’re delighted we have secured these new contracts,” said Sara Flaskbard, Laissez-faire Catering’s general manager.

“Each of these collaborations mirrors our steadfast commitment to delivering extraordinary food and beverage experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests.”

Laissez-faire will cater for events at the Urban Winery Sydney.

Luna Park Sydney CEO John Hughes said the addition of Laissez-faire Catering to its panel of suppliers boosted its corporate market offering.

“Their reputation and experience as a trusted caterer of 35 years to Sydney venues precedes them, and we look forward to tapping into this expertise, standard of delivery, and creativity for our guests, to match our new ‘Big Top’ offering, spectacular park, and iconic views of Sydney,” he said.

Machine Hall general manager Trish Rogers said its alignment with Laissez-faire Catering “just makes sense”.

“Bringing with them a depth of experience and expertise in the gastronomical space, Laissez-faire Catering deliver elevated standards of service and creativity that certainly set the stage for a long and fruitful collaboration together,” she said.
