Chef Mike McEnearney opens second venue at Sydney Airport
Located before security, the new express concept is the second exclusive food offering at Sydney Airport by Australian chef Mike McEnearney.
The express menu features a selection of slow-cooked meats, salads, wraps and tarts to be enjoyed at any time of day, while a breakfast menu features croque monsieur and Bircher muesli.
“We’re continuing to transform the dining experience at T1, featuring a broader range of healthy and tasty food options with exciting concepts that wow customers and we’re thrilled to extend our partnership with Kitchen by Mike,” said Sydney Airport general manager retail Glyn Williams.
McEnearney says he is excited to be opening a second venue at Sydney Airport.
“I travel extensively, and I know how hard it is to find quality, fresh food before you fly, so I’m really proud to deliver my second concept at Sydney Airport,” he said. “It’s a speedy spin on the original Kitchen by Mike and one I hope everyone enjoys.”
