JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in Thailand has unveiled its new event space, The JW Grand Ballroom, part of a major expansion and complete renovation of the five-star beachfront resort.
The 758-square metre event space can host up to 810 attendees for gala dinners and can be flexibly divided into three separate spaces for more intimate events, making it one of the largest luxury MICE venues in southern Thailand.
In total, JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa now features over 9,300 square metres of indoor and outdoor event meeting space, including seven function rooms, ranging from the compact 12-guest Griffin Boardroom to the expansive JW Grand Ballroom.
“Now, with the opening of this exceptional new event space, we will be able to offer fresh and innovative experiences for large-scale corporate groups, opening up a new frontier for Thailand’s thriving MICE sector,” said Abhimanyu Singh, general manager at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa.
