International flights have resumed at Auckland Airport after it was closed due to flooding on Friday.
Auckland Airport called on only those people who have a flight booked and scheduled come to the international terminal.
The airport also warned that “airport processes may take longer over the next few days”.
While the airport opened for domestic flights on Saturday, Auckland Airport CEO Carrie Hurihanganui cautioned it would take some tome to return to normality.
“With the disruption to flight schedules, it may also take airlines several days to rebook passengers,” she said.
“Anyone travelling in the next few days who has questions about the impact to their travel plans should talk to their airline or travel agent. Rest assured, we’re all working together as an airport community to get everyone where they need to be over the coming days.”
