The InterContinental Sydney has unveiled a new private dining venue for up 16 guests following an extensive $120 million renovation.
Located on the second floor, The Rotunda continues the botanical threads that feature throughout the heritage hotel’s redesign, as well as floor to ceiling windows overlooking the historical First Government House.
The centrepiece of the circular space is the striking green marble table formed out of Verde Oceania marble, which also features in the Treasury and the reception area.
The Rotunda is complemented by the hotel’s newly launched fine food and beverage experiences.
