The 300-room Holiday Inn Singapore Little India has rebranded from Park Hotel Farrer Park ahead of a renovation.
The rebrand follows IHG Hotels & Resorts and RB Capital’s continued partnership, which also includes Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay and InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay.
“As travel recovers and we write the next chapter for this iconic brand around the world, it is owners such as RB Capital that will enable us to bring to life the designs and concepts that are guaranteed to deliver a memorable guest experience and demonstrate the brand’s competitive advantage,” said Rajit Sukumaran, managing director, South East Asia and Korea, IHG.
Kishin RK, RB Capital’s founder and CEO, said as Singapore prepares for the gradual opening of its borders to international travel “the hospitality industry will bounce back strongly”.
“New attractions and infrastructure projects planned for 2021 to 2030 bode well for the future demand of tourism in Singapore,” he said.
“The Singapore government’s management of the Covid crisis with the lowest fatality count globally has gained the confidence and trust amongst corporations globally to explore this city as an attractive hub for themselves and their businesses.”
