International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has developed an accelerated recruitment process providing job seekers with feedback within a day of their application as the venue records a steep increase of in person events.
The venue is hosting a casual open day each week starting on February 10.
ICC Sydney director of human resources Luke Fleming said successful casual candidates can expect to be notified of a job offer within a day of their interview, trained within five days and start the following week.
“We have opened up a number of casual and permanent roles to meet the surge in demand for face to face events,” he said.
“Our accelerated recruitment process streamlines the candidate journey and improves their overall experience from application, to offer and on boarding with us.”
ICC Sydney has over 200 events in its calendar until the end of the financial year.
