Hotel TOTTO Wollongong has opened as part of Independent Collection by EVT, offering 150 guest rooms, self-serve check-in kiosks and a 24-hour reception.
The hotel has opened in conjunction with Wollongong’s newest bar and restaurant, Basta Trattoria.
Helmed by head chef Kris Swiecinski, Basta Trattoria serves a Mediterranean style menu with a focus on wood-fired pizzas.
