Hong Kong and Singapore to start travel bubble in May

Hong Kong and Singapore will begin a quarantine-free travel bubble on May 26.

The travel arrangement will begin with one flight a day into each city, with up to 200 travellers on each flight. All travellers must test negative for COVID-19 before departure and on arrival.

Hong Kong residents can also only fly to Singapore at least 14 days after they have had two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

The bubble will be suspended if a seven-day case average rises above five in either of the cities.
