Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong unveils meetings spaces ahead of opening

Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong has offered a preview of its meeting spaces as the hotel prepares to open this week the heart of the new Geelong Quarter development.

The new hotel will offer 180 rooms including 23 suites alongside various meetings spaces which can separately cater for 25 attendees each (theatre style), or for up to 110 people cocktail-style when combined.

Chef Adrian Richardson and executive chef Migo Razon are leading Maestro restaurant, and catering for all functions, meetings and events at Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong.

Tailored food and beverage selections and packages are available, including breakfast and day-delegation packages, as well as canapés, two or three-course lunches and dinners.
