Experiential agency GPJ Australia has strengthened its senior leadership team with two new appointments and three promotions.
The newly created leadership roles see Carrie Arnold appointed director of integrated production and Kim Gerard as head of event production.
The three internal promotions see Jess Quiney become head of strategy, Jacquelyn Cowardin resume responsibilities of head of audience acquisition but being promoted to the senior leadership team, and Corey Hoskin moving to become people and culture manager.
“The breadth, depth and diversity of leadership, experiential and people knowledge that these appointments bring are an ideal fit for GPJ,” said Caleb Bush, GPJ Australia senior vice president and managing director.
The new appointments mean women now hold five of nine senior leadership team roles.
