Four Seasons hotel set for new $2.7bn development in Melbourne

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has been chosen to manage a new hotel within the $2.7 billion STH BNK By Beulah development in Melbourne.

The hotel will be located in what is set to be the world’s tallest vertical garden and offer 210 rooms, a rooftop restaurant and bar and multiple event spaces.

“This project will set a new standard for luxury in Melbourne, offering guests an exceptional Four Seasons experience set within an environment that will be unmatched in this market,” said Bart Carnahan, president, global business development and portfolio management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

“At Four Seasons, we look for opportunities where we can be part of innovative new projects, with partners who share our vision for excellence – Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne is no exception, and we look forward to welcoming guests through our doors in the years ahead.”

STH BNK By Beulah will comprise four distinct collections of private residences, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, 3,000 seat auditorium, a health and wellness precinct and arts and culture spaces and programs, all within two twisting terraced forms.

Construction is set to begin later this year and will take approximately five years to complete.
