First taste of ICC Sydney’s 2019 menu collection

The International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney’s culinary team have revealed the feature dishes from its 2019 menu collection.

What to expect?

Torched Hiramasa kingfish, bottarga, grapes, charred nectarine, chicharon and amaranth leaves; Rakesh’s Rambo butter chicken; Pressed Cowra lamb, smoky eggplant, puffed whole grains, pomegranate arils and lamb jus; and Almond and black sesame box, yuzu crème and matcha ice cream.
