FCM has been appointed to a panel to manage international travel for the Northern Territory Government.

Melissa Elf, Flight Centre Corporate managing director ANZ, said FCM’s local presence underpinned the ability to navigate the nuances of travel within and from the Territory.

“Our Darwin office was opened 15 years ago and we’re proud to have kept that local presence,” she said.

“Since then, we have expanded our Darwin-based operational team and we’re particularly proud of the fact that our local team knows exactly how to support travel in and around the Territory because they are themselves Territorians.

“Thanks to decades of experience in managing the travel for government, we’ve become the experts in making complex travel policies easy by specialising in providing tailored travel solutions to implement large and complex public sector travel programs.

“We have a dedicated government division. This allows us to really customise our support model, technology, integrations, and interactions to suit many different travellers, bookers, administrators, and management, meaning all levels of travel experience is catered for.

“This appointment is testament to our teams on the ground and the relationships we’ve built over the past 15 years.”
