SkyCity’s Sol Bar & Restaurant was named Restaurant of the Year at the 2021 SA Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence.
In addition to Restaurant of the Year, Sol Bar & Restaurant head chef Kane Pollard was awarded Chef of the Year and Sol Bar & Restaurant was awarded the state’s best Formal Contemporary Australian Restaurant in SA.
