Dario Fiorino to lead the kitchen at Hilton Brisbane

Hilton Brisbane has appointed Dario Fiorino as executive chef responsible for overseeing the hotel’s culinary team including Vintaged Bar + Grill, the banquet operation and in-room dining.

Hailing from Milan, Fiorino joined Hilton Brisbane in 2010 when he opened the Vintaged Bar + Grill as Chef de Cuisine.

“We are delighted to promote Dario to executive chef,” said Chris Partridge, Hilton Brisbane’s general manager.

“His career at Hilton Brisbane is testament to the company’s mission to provide meaningful development opportunities for team members. We look forward to Dario leading our kitchen team and sharing his wealth of knowledge and classic Italian influences to create an exciting dining experience that I know hotel guests and Brisbane locals will love.”

Fiorino said the menu will be based around uncomplicated dishes using fresh local Queensland produce and premium Australian meat.
