Courtyard by Marriott to make WA debut in Perth


Marriott International is on track to open a new Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Perth’s Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.

Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch is slated to open in February 2024, marking the expansion of Marriott International’s Courtyard brand into Western Australia.


The 150-room new-build hotel will feature bespoke meeting space The Dampiera Library, geared to service small corporate groups and conferences, including a modern pre-function area, outdoor balcony and meeting room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The hotel will also offer all-day dining Substance Restaurant and Bar and a fitness centre.
