Courtyard by Marriott to debut in Melbourne

The Courtyard by Marriott brand is expanding its footprint in Australia with the opening of its first Melbourne hotel slated for March.

Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne Flagstaff Gardens will offer 150-guestrooms, making the new-build 4-star hotel the third Courtyard by Marriott in the country, joining sister properties in Brisbane and Sydney.

“Courtyard’s modern, elevated décor, flexible workspaces, amenities, and ambiance all work together to deliver an experience that fuels and energises our guests and helps them get the job done,” Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne Flagstaff Gardens general manager Carolyn Smith said.

The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant, street-facing café/bar and large fitness centre offering round-the-clock access.

Flexible event spaces include an expansive rooftop entertaining area overlooking the city.
